The Hu Kit Order Process
Ordering kit with us uses a simple step-by-step process, allowing you to quickly receive exactly what you want to design. If you have any questions at any point in the process, don’t hesitate to give drop us a line.
- Having settled on what you would like to order, download the appropriate templates from our gallery here. If you would like to order something not covered by the template gallery, simply get in touch with us.
- Use the template to put your designs together visually, either on a computer, or on paper and then scan the finished result.
- Send us the digital copies of your design, along with a descriptive e-mail and any images that we need to use. Remember to include a written confirmation of things such as numbering, team and player names, colours and logos, as well as sizes and quantities.
- If we have any queries regarding the design or order, we will get straight back to you. Otherwise, we will render all of your designs into a digital mock-up.
- This mock up is returned to you for approval, along with an order confirmation and invoice.
- Should any changes need to be made to the mock up, these can be quickly performed, in discussion with yourselves, a new mock up being sent to you each time.
- Once you are happy with the digital designs, simply confirm with us and pay for your order through secure third party payment.
- Your being satisfied with the final product delivered is crucial to the guys at Hu Kit. Unless you express otherwise, before we dispatch anything out to you, we will make a single physical sample of everything in your order. These will then be accurately photographed, from all angles as necessary. These pictures will then be sent to you, for final confirmation and any adaption as necessary.
- If you are happy with the shots, then just let us know, and in no time you’ll be running out onto the field in your very own Hu Kit!
